UltraScan II GUI Software Download

In order to use UltraScan II a license key is required which can be obtained through online registration. Please take a moment and register your UltraScan II copy. A license key will be e-mailed to you upon registration. A valid e-mail address is required. All licenses are made available for free and are applicable to academic, non-profit and for-profit commercial use. A free license key can be obtained from this page. Registration is required to document to the funding agencies the use of this software. Your information will not be used for any other purpose, and identifying information will not be disclosed.

The latest version of UltraScan II is 9.9, . The latest version may not be available in binary package form, however, it can always be obtained from the source code archive. Also available is a revision log. Binary packages for several popular platforms are available below:

On Windows 7, UltraScan needs to be intalled into the directory:
C:\Program Files\
and not into the default directory C:\Program Files (x86)\ used by Windows 7 for installation of foreign programs.

Prerequsite Software

Linux requires Qt-3.3.x to be installed. Qt is bundled with the Windows and OS-X versions of UltraScan II.
